My Science

My instrument is mind;
My measurement is meaning.

I ponder upon the Words spoken by the prophets
And come to accurate conclusions.
Yet, the precision---
Words can be too precise.
For, it is the accuracy of discovery
For finding the true meaning.
If the words were precise---
Not even the definitions
Of these scientific terms are---
There could carry no meaning.

For, surgically, some concepts are too dificult
To write precisely.
Yet, that doesn't mean we cannot be accurate
In describing them.
