1. Phenomenology I I suppose I'm undisciplined in the mystery. To me, it is no great achievement to say That men have different experiences. It's what common experiences we share; That is far more interesting to me. As, my subject of interest is ontology; Not phenomenology. I am most interested In what we share in union, rather than what Makes us different. 2. Theology, Philosophy, Sociology, Psychology I believe in a simplistic vocabulary. Theology has its eschatology, Christology, and a monopoly on Hermeneutics. Philosophy has its ontology, epistemology, metaphysics. Sociology has its, Marxism, Feminism, Diversity and Inclusivity. Psychology has its self love, bias and worldview. Esoteric constructs... Each a rabbit-hole which you go down and never arrive at a truth. What's more important to me is the useful concepts. Word, Id, Libido, Ego, Super-Ego, Anomie, Weltschmerz, Thanatos, Eros, Love, Agape, Truth, Catharsis, Cathexis, Husband, Wife, Form, Archetype. Empathy is important. Experiencing what others experience. The sum of Word is how Word communicates and helps us share in one another's experiences. Freedom is that men get to go down their rabbit holes. In this society, I am as free to pursue God as another is free to pursue wealth. And another is free to pursue health. And another is free to pursue lovers. Men can create their terms--- Can espouse their views--- Build their worlds--- Express their thoughts. The thing I see in society--- The true cancer--- Is that nobody wants to listen. If we did, we might not be as enamored by our differences And we might be enamored by our similarities. Few pursue thoughts;--- Few chase the world found in other's eyes. We're always thinking when dealing with a person That we are dealing with a species different than ourselves. Perhaps in modern day we are--- That disunity is creating the pathologies we see. 3. Phenomenology II What I experience is nothing interesting to me. Experiencing what others experience, That is a bit more interesting to me. My Book of Prose Poems makes more sense--- Yet, I had already begun to figure for it. I read Byron and Yeats to understand their thoughts. To experience their thoughts. Ought I change the word of Phenomenology With Empathy---I think I will. To experience other minds through their writing--- To know them through their words. To listen and share in other's experiences. 4. Putting on the Armor of Christ I dreamt: Satan attacked. His force tried to kill me. I could feel the pressure Of his demonic strength. I pushed back, Stood up off my bed And drew my sword of the Spirit's Word, Picked up my shield of Faith, Girded my belt of Truth, I placed on my Chain Mail of Righteousness I placed upon my head my Helmet of Salvation I put on my Stockings of the Gospel's Message I placed on my aegis of Righteousness, I placed on my shoes of Evangelism, And put on my gauntlets of Charity. I raised my scutum, And parried back at the force with my gladius. I could feel him constricting me like a python. I parried again; then again. Finally, I stabbed him in the belly And he died a slow death. 5. New Thoughts I asked God for a new thought. Something new, something interesting. Something to occupy my mind. And I had found Phenomenology. The experience of witnessing a green flash--- Rather, it's not as important to me As the writer who witnesses it And communicates it. And by communicating it I feel what she felt. To feel what she felt--- To know the Green Flash upon the horizon. It is more of an experience to me That I see it through a writer's eye. For, if I see it, I feel one way. If she feels it, I feel her way. And I do. For, the beauty of communication The liquor of our words Expresses the feelings. I feel their liquor. I feel their drunkenness. I experience their experience. And to me, this is valuable. As much as Logos can communicate truth--- As much as logos can communicate peace. What's more impressive is that Tolstoy Made me feel the gift of childbirth And made me feel the gift of marriage. And other writers, too, In my book of Prose Poems Or Byron or Yeats Or Ovid, make me feel the ancient Liquors which I shun. And safely I navigate them Without having sinned. And I understand their liquor... Yet, know the feelings are false. That is how I know, O wise ones, That your ways are hollow. 6. Low Content They make ruled notebooks. They sell them. Make twenty-thousand dollars a month. It just shows how everyone wants to be heard--- Yet, nobody is listening. They eat up Amazon's ISBNs--- Unethically, they use the service to no purpose. Amazon makes more money from them than me, Yet the product gets destroyed by influxes of ruled notebooks. It reminds me of the Bolsheviks, Who would give the communist peasants Their little coloring books to paint. And then, to satisfy their creativity, They would sell it back to the state. It's evil. What of my KDP books? I spent years building them Good content; strong material, Using the service for what it's built for. Yet, with all things comes abuse As thousands look to make a quick buck And slop up free ISBNs from Amazon. It's a shallow world. Cacophonies of guineas squawking Yet none wish to wonder at the world And understand it. It truly is sad. 7. I Smelled Cabbage Where nearby there were children locked in rooms with playgrounds, I could smell cabbage. I remember the smell described in an old book. I guess the proverb goes, "Do not oppress the stranger in the land." 8. The Cult A Westerner visits a Guru And finds "Enlightenment." I had experienced enlightenment while reading the Tao Te Tsing; It is the very tapping into the ether of existence. It is seeing the substrates, The ether of our world. And its invisible strings. Cults, Rather than point to this objective phenomena, Find it and then Say, "I am its source." Verily, cult leaders have pointed To many objects in the past And said "This is the source." Pythagoras with Geometry. Many malignant individuals, themselves. Hindus cows. Rather, there truly is something real Which can be tapped into. And only one of those leaders Ever produced sanity in His followers. Because he could satisfy By raising from the dead. He could satisfy by healing the blind. He could satisfy by being perfect and without a single stain of sin. The danger is that something true exists... We can, indeed, find it. Easterners called it Tao. Westerners called it Logos. Jews call it Faith. The experience is true. But, when its source becomes conflated With an idol, that is when there is spiritual abuse. 9. Blasphemer Victor, you filled the Circus Maximus; You put to judgment your brethren. Then, you said, "Love is but chemicals "Life is but bioelectricity "The many waters of the rivers "Are only sourced by the rains! "There is nothing miraculous about it! "How I hate sentiment "How I hate the poets "Who idly sing their heresies! "How I hate the minstrels who tell their tales! "Unless it is found in the book "It is of no use to anyone! "Burn everything to the ground "Except our Holy Roman Empire!" The Christians looked at you Constantine--- Within your empire--- You maximized your Circus' stables You filled the country with many dreams. Yet, the religion you dogmatized And denied the evidence of God. Rather, you said, "I hate it when these mundane things "Are made into miracles!" Thus, nobody had known God for a thousand years. 10. 11. Fairy Tale Stories are universal But men have finite minds. It is no mystery Why the same story emerges In several hundred places. I do not believe it evolves From one singular tale But rather, the tale emerges Independently in multiplicities of places at once At the time it is needed. 12. The LORD Revealed Himself The LORD revealed Himself Through history. First in Hammurabi's code By Abraham. Second by Moses With the Law and Prophets. Third through His Son Jesus Christ. The first revelation of the Trinity Was the Spirit Through the Animism and Paganism; Men accessed Him through the Paraclete. They found Him in the waters, In love, in the mountains, In the forests. They first communed with the Holy Spirit. Then, the Law came through Moses And the Father was revealed. Jehovah-Jyra. The Law, first scattered abroad To the four corners of the Universe, Was codified by Moses. And it was given to the Jews To reveal the full nature of God And His laws. Then, came the Son--- He Who solidified the Law And sealed its gaps. He Who was the mortar Between the bricks Which sealed it. He also gave men the liberty To be absolved from their sins. For, the last revelation of God Was Mercy. 13. Not to the Wise A wise and intelligent man Often loses sight of faith. An unwise and dull man must live by it. For intelligent men rely Upon their own faculties More than dull men rely upon theirs. Dull men must live by serendipity, Therefore, they see the Law of God works. They do not question it, For by not questioning it--- For they cannot, for they are without the ability to--- They go through life happily. Intelligent men, we must peer into every statute And understand why it is written so. It's why so very few of us ever attain To Eternal life, as the Faith required Is far less difficult than understanding God's eternal law. Men cannot understand the law entirely... Not even I. For, that is why Faith must be present In a population, for if mankind judges And is the sole determiner of what is right or wrong I am afraid we find ourselves making perilous mistakes Which lead to a rotting core and overall unhappiness. 14. Hitler Was Not A Christian; and Here's Why There are numerous quotes of Hitler Saying he is Christian. They were all lies. The nation was Christian. And it was suffering a crisis of faith. So, Christianity was used to gain nationalistic sympathy. Hitler, however, like the entire Nazi Party, Despised Christianity. They were Heathens. What Hitler was going to do, Was gain power, and then wipe out the church. He wanted to establish a third Roman Empire. First was the Grecco Rome. Second was the Christian Rome. And Hitler wished to establish a Heathen Rome. Hitler was no more a Christian than Nero. But, like Nero he had the populace's love And could do anything, and used his influence to build up a broken Germany. Hitler's end game was to eradicate Christianity. Yes, Christians can be fooled And that is why I believe the Antichrist will be voted in by Christian Men and Women. 15. This Is Exactly What I Hate Mozi and Mencius are perhaps the two philosophers I find myself agreeing with the most. I find most of what they say to be common sense. However, when Aristotle is diminished for the sake of Mencius I cannot begin to fathom what political motivation this entails. I would like to burn down the institutions that say, "Aristotle is wrong." He was not wrong. Do Mencius and Aristotle conflict? Can science discover human motivation? Freud, actually, had a more accurate psychology Than either Mencius or Aristotle. Yet, we're told Freud was a lunatic Whose only contribution to psychology Was the Oedipus complex. There's some truth to the Oedipus complex--- Men and women seek mates which resemble Their parents. I could go further, but it would be unlawful to speak. In the words of St. Paul, when I was in heaven That is the unlawful words to speak. Must we diminish truth because a white man discovered it? Or a Jew? Or a Chinaman? Or a Native American? Or a Black Man? There's truth which roaming tribesman find on the veldts of Africa--- A simple philosophy of sustenance, and the joy and satisfaction of the hunt. Innocent those people are, probably the most innocent on the entire planet. And they believe their soul goes with the Son to heaven; That is the extent of their religion. Even they find truth. The most primitive men in the world. Let us not erase history. Aristotle was correct--- In many ways, he was correct. Like any man, in many ways he wasn't, Though most of the time, what he said in principle were true. 14. Yes Though the Brandon you referred to Is not me, Yes, I believe that a Fetus Has equal the value of a human life. How, though, logically, Does that make me pro choice? Your reasoning doesn't make any sense. I saw you on Ben Shapiro's Video. I'm Brandon, you addressed me. Whoever is out in the public, That certainly is not me. I'm starting to believe that Doppelganger thing is true. 15. I Affirm Christianity I affirm Christianity Because it affirms what's good about life. I do not believe Rome converted to Christianity Because Constantine decided it would be best If the state were Christian. Rather, rampant hedonism existed at that time And men wanted an ascetic religion. They chose Christianity Because it affirmed there was a place for pleasure; And that life is good, and that man and creation are not accidents. The core of my Christianity is the liberty I have to enjoy this Earth; Yet, I see it is sin which steals from me that liberty. I'm quite odd that way. Many I talk to see the asceticism of Christianity And find it abhorrent; Yet, I've wrung my lips with hedonism And chafed my throat with its burning liquor. I lived a licentious life And found nothing equal to the serenity I have today. Thereby, Julian tried to turn the kingdom back to Greek Fables But, Christ was found superior to all of it. 16. White Guilt The White Race has advanced humans To the place we are today. Primarily, because we occupied the most fertile lands, The climate required us to innovate to survive, Was warm enough at the right times to cultivate farming And was resource rich enough, and had access enough, To the ocean so we could build ships. It also was the culture that adopted Chrisitanity Which is the most advanced system of morals Considering it is the only true system of morals. If Blacks occupied Europe--- Which they certainly could--- They would have done all that whites did Good and evil. As, the Aztecs were far more advanced than Europe was In certain regards--- But, Europe had one thing which made it advance past the Aztecs. And that was constant wars amongst itself And the desert kingdoms to the south. It also had Christianity, which benevolently taught White culture mercy. Blacks, having all the same systems--- Would certainly have created an enlightenment Would certainly have coupled Christian morality With Rational Empiricism. Certainly, Blacks would have been the ones Who owned whites as slaves. Humans are not different from one another--- Land, religion, oceans, forests, soil content How much a culture must war to survive,, These all cultivate in cultures similar ideas And patterns, for those patterns exist to be discovered. And because those patterns exist to be discovered It necessitates that human beings, Given the philosophical background, Will all do similar things based on those conditions. Whereby, culture is dictated by the soil And the culture's religion. However, there is a certain cruelty in white civilization now That hadn't existed in the past. It is the same barbarism found in the Norse Gods The same animistic tendencies---- They are divorced from Christianity Thereby, are regressing into their natural state Which is total barbarism. As, given unlimited resources And no moral authority A culture indulges in every vice known to man. And then it tries to say that vice is what brings about happiness. What ultimately happens, Until the whole world is itself unjust and wicked, Another culture comes and sweeps the previous culture under the rug. To which, White Civilization is regressing into barbarism as we speak Which, much like the Norse, could only steal from other cultures The sustenance, and had no recourse to sustaining itself. Thus, the natural state of White Culture is piracy. At our highest, is the Enlightenment and Christianity coupled Into a force which built the happiest civilizations in history. Without them, I don't believe freedom can exist. 17. Logos A dog is called a dog It is called a perro It is called a Hund It is called an ur. The Logos is what makes it a dog. The old ancient myth of the Elephant Where five blind men touched it And speculated on what it was, One blind man thought it was a snake Because he touched its tail; One blind man thought it was a tree, Because he touched its leg; One blind man thought it was a rope Because he touched its trunk; And one man thought it was a stone Because he touched its trunk. The Logos is when you stand back And see it is an elephant which the blind man touches. Also, there is what is just And there is what is unjust. The Logos is what is just. Also, there is what is spoken And the Logos interprets what is spoken. 18. The Farting Angels Mega Church pastors speculate on spiritual beings Doing fleshly things, like texting on phones and farting Before God's throne room. There's a silliness to this, which betrays their vision of God. Do I believe that Jesus may have farted with the Apostles? Most certainly, but Jesus had a flesh body--- Erby, He passed gas. Angels, by reason of their being spiritual Do not fart--- nor can they, otherwise they'd have a flesh body Again. The disorder of it, that we think of God's holy throne as a riotous Circus, rather than a holy place, is blasphemy. Jesus certainly had a sense of humor--- And being that He was God manifested in the Flesh, It's very possible that Jesus farted and laughed. I see nothing sinful in meditating on that--- But, in God's Holy Throne, where no flesh can penetrate; Where there are spirits and sanctity, There couldn't be such a thing. Rather, it is the idol put in place by Bethel Of a Jolly God, who bumbles like one of the stooges Jolly and filled with bouncing like a cartoon. This is not the God I worship. The God I worship sent plagues into Egypt, And crucified His Son. He is very serious--- Loving, but sober. He is not a man, nor are His angels. The Son has resurrected flesh Which does not subsist on fleshly foods now But on Holy foods. Therefore, what Bethel is teaching Is not God, but an idol created by hands. 19. The Poor Will Always Be Among Us He plays monopoly. And then he says, "The poor will always be among us "Because the poor think like the poor." I say, "No---look at the board your rich dad taught you on.--- "The poor are poor because there are limited resources "So rich men "Join field unto field" "By mere chance of a dice roll "And the other six players go bankrupt." 20. Justice Justice exists To allow the most amount of happiness For righteous people. 21. Happiness Machines Arguing what might be my last debate With an old, friend who taught me The value of listening... He brought me to a documentary of a king Who sought to silence our Shadows through art--- The very worst he did was endorse smoking cigarettes. I agreed with him, the methods employed Could be used to the population's detriment; I even agreed that the frustration created by Social engineers was wrong. I agreed with him those very psychoanalytic Methods employed by Bernays could be used to cause great harm. I agreed to the last breath of agreement... But, to say that Freud's nephew was a bad man I could not. He made prominent his uncle--- Well, literally made his theories famous, Enriched the United States population Along with himself in everything he did; He enriched his uncle.... I could not agree on that point. I could agree on everything else we talked about But when I got to the bottom of the issue, I would rather rich men be like Bernays Seeking to bring everyone else up to their level Than be like Soros and bring everyone down. 22. Pythagoras Says It has been one of my pet peeves That when I intend to be silent I am always harassed for an answer And receive no meaning. Pythagoras said to say, "Silence is the first stone in Wisdom's temple." I find this satisfactory. It is the perfect response For it will satisfy the selfishness of your interlocutor And give them no response while appeasing them That they are being listened to. However, listen with sincerity and not condescension Otherwise this will not work. 23. Logos The Logos Humans subconsciously Operate on a code of ethics inherent in our nature Called the Logos. When that code begins to break down The society breaks down. When strange questions arise About simple matters, Such as "What constitutes Gender?" "What role does monogamy play in society?" "When ought I get a divorce?" "Does God exist?" The Logos governing that civilization Gets warped, and the society ceases to be cohesive. What ultimately collapses society is that when the Logos is not trusted The civilization breaks down morally, And other kingdoms will swoop in and take it over. Or, the society will be given into rampant corruption, chaos, tyranny and general unhappiness. I suspect the time Christ will return Is when no country on Earth understands the Logos. And when all men are sophists. 24. Potential The preacher looks at Christ Who hung on a cross. In such a pathetic situation; Helpless, forsaken. He sees his own fabulous life. "Jesus didn't reach His potential." Is what he tells his audience. I think the sermon ought to be How sometimes we're called For a purpose other than worldly success... For, if potential is to overthrow the Roman Empire, And that were Jesus' potential, Then thank God He did not fulfill it Otherwise every man woman and child Would have needed to be slaughtered along with Caesar For God's wrath was not yet appeased. Sometimes, it is exactly the fulfilling of our potential, The conquering of Rome, the charging into battle, That causes us to be objects of God's wrath. And sometimes, by living a life for God We do the very least in terms of worldly success But acquire the greatest riches in the Kingdom of Heaven. 25. Bones of the Saints They dig up the saint's bones in Britain To prove once and for all some Englishmen had black faces. Rather, it was Africans who went on evangelical missions To Britain to spread our wonderful Savior's tale. Just as the Bible says, they dig up the bones of the prophets--- Now, they use them to push their unholy agendas. They get disputed, too, by angry men. Rather, can we not just revel in the fact That Augustine was from Africa, And He colonized Great Britain with Christ? For, without Christianity, Britain would still Be a barbarous state, living in hovels and sticks. 26. On Grace The Old Testament law is like a Pennsylvanian Speed Limit. Grace is the liberty to go about five to seven MPH over that limit; For, if you didn't, you really couldn't. It is also like an egregious offense against the limit Like going forty-five MPH in a fifteen MPH zone And the officer, seeing how hinky you are, Decides to let you off with a warning. However, if you don't learn from your warning, And continue in your sin, you will be thrown into prison. 27. Ricky Baker He stands on the corner. He gets shot, robbed and is dying. He calls 911. He tells the operator that Jesus loves her. A black man shot a white man. It doesn't make national headlines. But, this isn't about that. There was no racism. This was not about race. This was about the love of money. This was about a man, Waiting for his bus, Being killed. Take it to heart, So the end doesn't come. He is hidden in the LORD's wings. Take it to heart, The merciful man dies, And take it to heart that it is to hide him From God's wrath. Take it to heart. God's mercy is shown to him for eternity now. He is hidden from our woes. Take it to heart, Bring nigh the judgment of God So the seat of violence is put far away. 28. My Creeds The first creed to my faith--- So none are in question about it later on--- Is the Athanasian creed. Reading it for the first time in years Was like waking up from a dream. So many stupid thoughts run through Christianity today And to see it concisely stated all that I believe Nothing added, nothing lacking. Second is the Nicene Creed. The most beloved verse is that Jesus descended into Hell. For, if Jesus did not descend, Then why make him ascend? "It is finished" is the Hebraic covenant. Nothing more. All is accomplished at the cross. Thirdly, I believe in the Apostles Creed. The most simple version of my faith, The cant is among the most beautiful poetry In the Liturgical English. Like the LORD's Prayer It feels right---because it is right. This is my Christianity. Let no one question it Because it is the Christianity of Christ And His true church. 29. 30. Romans 4:5 Yet, James says, "I will show you my faith "By my works." Paul means works of the Law. Paul means works of Judgment, Of condemnation, of executing the justice of God. That is what Paul means. As James clearly says, "Yea, a man may say, Thou hast faith, "and I have works: shew me thy faith without thy works, "and I will shew thee my faith by my works." The scripture cannot contradict. When Jesus said, "It is finished" He meant the Hebraic covenant Given to Moses. That law was broken, and severed, So now men live by Grace And the law accordingly given to them And imprinted upon their conscience. It is true, that in the end of the age Christ will bring in both good and bad To His kingdom, for those called Had rather gone to their own designs. And they will be left outside the Wedding Feast While Death, wearing no garment, Will be cast into the outer darkness. Paul is speaking, in Romans 4:5 Of works of the Law. Not works of Charity. A Christian is compelled to do charity As is commanded by Jesus When He talks of separating the Sheep and the Goats. If the heart of man is worthy of acceptance, It will choose Christ wholly And commit to Him like the Athanasian Creed states. If the heart is unworthy, it will be separated from God By its sin; therefore, the Heart of man determines Whether it will accept Grace, or forsake it. For, what Paul is stating Is that it is not a work of our own Which causes us to be chosen by God But rather, it is the condition of our heart Which allows the choice, and nothing else. 31. Eternity Hell is for eternity Because Christ came and died. All who reject His love Have eternally said "Depart from me," To God Almighty. How can God save a soul Who rejects Him? 32. Apportionment In God's Word There is perfect apportionment. There are three Christians. One has five talents And invests them, Making five converts. Another has two talents, And invests them, And makes two converts. Another Christian has one talent, But never uses them to spread the gospel. Finally, the first man gets five cities. The second man gets two cities. And the third man, having a city, Must lose it, and thereby give his city to another. So, the city goes to the first man, For the third man was promised a city, But never used his talents for the sake of Christ's Gospel. 33. Bart Ehrman, New Sophism Scholar The Gospels weren't written by the apostles Because the Apostles were "Unschooled" men, And the gospels were written sixty years later? Yet, people learn new languages all the time; And it's not impossible to teach old men how to read and write. Also, Luke was an Eyewitness to the accounts of Acts And Luke is the same writer who wrote both Acts and the Gospel of Luke. We know Luke was not an eye witness to Christ's ministry, Most Christian Scholars agree, But he was an historian. Mark, also, was not an eye witness to the ministry of Jesus, And most scholars agree to that, too, But he wrote in unrefined Greek which was controversial Because it was very ungrammatical. Also, Matthew might have been about twenty when he lived with Jesus And being a Tax Collector, he would have known how to write; I think, otherwise he wouldn't be able to collect taxes. Also, John, being the latest Gospel written, John could have probably lived to a ripe old age of 120--- People did it then, they do it now--- And he might have later learned how to write As having something so important to say, They might have been encouraged a little bit on how to write Greek; Wouldn't you say? Also, same thing with Peter, and James and John And the rest of the Apostles. Your premise, Mr. Ehrman, Is that it's impossible to learn how to read or write As an adult. Being that these men converted people of all social classes to Christianity, Couldn't one of their converts have taught them all how to write? If that's the sole basis on not believing that the Gospels were written, Then you're just plain brassheaded. Also, you sign your name to your books, don't you? That may have been an idiolect of address Used exclusively by the Gospel Writers. 34. I Dreamt the Earth was Flat I dreamt the Earth was flat. Ever since, I've doubted the Earth was round. Yet, people have been to space. People have been to Antarctica. People have sailed the Pacific Ocean. Because of this, I have to trust those who know. Do I have evidence that the Earth is a Sphere? Yes. He's called Neil Armstrong. For both Atheist and Christian, When Atheists claim to have studied Evolution We ought to believe them. Yet, when Christians say they've seen Something good, we ought to believe them. 35. His Eye is on the Sparrow I watch a beautiful woman--- Conservative--- Brought to tears. Her cohorts are telling her, "Women working depreciates wages." I'm a master of old literature. I've studied the Amish. Women have occupation And historically have always had occupation. The Basket Weaver in my favorite fairy tale, Or making bread to sell at market, Or canning, or weaving blankets and quilts To provide supplementary income to the household. The Wise Woman in Proverbs Works... I don't think the issue is women entering the workforce. I think the issue is how far away the workforce is from home. What the Amish have is work Which springs from the ground And complex preservation methods. If the woman doesn't work, Or plough as is said of the Daughter of Zion, Then the household cannot sustain itself. The issue is the American idea of work--- A place where one signs away their freedom of speech and religion To eat. While HR and Public Relations Arbitrate the holy distribution of the company's wages. Women have work;--- They have historically always worked. Men, never until several decades ago, Had need to travel a thousand miles a week Just to accrue a subsistence. All of God's children have a right to work And eat. Because remember, It was the children of the sixties who disobeyed their parents. Their fathers were miles away for most of their lives... The generation is getting hopeful, however. Computers will bring work back into the home; At least this is my hope... But, if fear resolves to trap us indoors And computers resolve to foment this change Then Let there be only the soil to provide our substance. 36. The Only Way Science Could Logically Prove God Does Not Exist If science said that at the base of everything Were atoms, and those atoms were immutable Unable to change, but were consistent, and could not be broken down Any further. Then, the universe were truly infinite. If there were not a single bit of choice, And all things were created by an infinite chain of cause and effect. If there were no beginning to the universe, and no end. If there were no true communication; but rather, Men were limited to only their rational minds' And its experiences, if energy were created, If an atom could not be broken down to smaller parts, If force did not exist in the universe; By that I mean, all things would be a causal chain Of matter interacting with matter, And matter were solid, and not comprised of any void, If the universe were expanding into empty space Which existed for eternity. However, none of these assumptions are proven true. Rather, just the opposite I'm being told. Therefore, I can logically presume God exists. How I rationalize it to my God Is He's the best one of the lot of them. 37. Hitchens It's true that a moral statement Could not be made by a Christian That couldn't be made by an Atheist. That's because morality is self-evident. God exists to pardon us, when we haven't Fully committed ourselves To what we already knew inherently. And if we decide not to accept His pardon He exists to bring upon men the recompense Of their own ill will.
