The Earth groaned
Spitting forth its ash;
For a year was the sun darkened
And Julian's plague crept forth
Upon Earth and all her inhabitants.
Empires did crumble,
Mists covered the earth,
The winter lingered all year;
Camlan would lose Arthur his life,
For Krakatau angrily belched forth his fury.

Exactly a decade later
Had a man been born
Whose accursed son
Would force myriads
To bow in recitation
To that Idol Sin.
