Are you an idiot? Your plan would ruin you, as well as everyone else. It defies all common sense and reason for governance. You CANNOT micromanage everyone. Do you have the knowledge of a farmer? Do you have the knowledge of a smith or carpenter? Do you have the knowledge of a ballet dancer, a painter, an orchastra conductor? Are you a master school teacher? Are you a master rhetorician? Are you a master logician? Are you a master clock maker? Are you a master at making automobiles, jets or even candy for crying out loud?

Your system is so stupid, because you want to micromanage these people. Who, know a whole hell of a lot more about their professions than you do. And without them, you're going to be dirt poor along with the rest of us. C'est La Vie, I thought my dad was just paranoid, and every time I heard him claim this giant conspiracy, I thought he was talking about the dumbest morons who ever lived. 

Lo, you actually exist. I'm telling you right now, it won't work. Dictators from other countries get their stuff from the Free World. Why? Because we're free to make it, and we don't have little weasils dictating what we make and what we don't.

Simply put, people don't need to be playing video games and earning a little stipend every month. People are capable of work, you just got to let them be free to work. If anything, there needs to be less regulation, less infringement on the workers, and more freedom for people to start businesses of their own.

Simply put, I thought my dad's conspiritors were the dumbest people alive. And, yet, you exist. Congradulations, you are the dumbest person to ever live. Period. 

I mean that, sincerely. Your idea wouldn't only ruin me, it'd ruin yourself, when you've successfully wiped out millennia's worth of knowledge by subverting everyone, and making them subservient to a system that CANNOT be omniscient. Despite your best efforst to make it so. You'd lose everything, and end up wasted. You'd be poor and miserable like the people you've subverted. Maybe you'd live well for a little while, but all the wonderful qualiy things---just look around your house at all the things you own, and how many people were involved with making it---would disappear at the drop of a hat. There'd be nothing left. And, if you do wish people to be living in a box with a stipend, that doesn't work either. It makes people violent. People CANNOT live isolated, and shoved into a corner. They must be free. Because if they're not, they're not happy... and if they're not happy, they don't produce quality work. And if they don't produce quality work, you and everyone else suffers for it. Why? Because you can kiss all the nice things you love goodbye, once those workers are subdued by your Global program. You also cannot hope to predict who will have genius at what. It's something best left to individual enterprise. I.E. Capitalism.
