Christ, draw out the Dragon within us

Christ, draw out the Dragon within us
With a fishhook. Play with him. 
Hook him by the tongue, hook him
In his nose, hook him in his jaw.
Separate him from us, 
That contagion called sin and death.

I will make supplications to You;
I will speak soft words to You.
I will make everlasting covenant with You.
Take me as a servant, and play with me as a bird.
Bind me for Your Maidens, Oh LORD!
