The Science of a Fulcrum

As it were, if one takes an enclosed system of ten,
And creates a fulcrum of two,
There can now be two and six.
Two of said system is not able to be used
But the remaining six can be used
To leverage more force, greater than the original two exerted.
Therefore, I hypothesize that a clean energy source can be made
Using this method.
