If I Were Ruler of the World

If I were ruler of the world
I would commit suicide.
There is no fixing it...
Men are sinners
And all kings do is portion
Suffering with suffering,
And shift suffering around.
Suffering in pleasure
Suffering in pain,
The Buddhists are right
About this world,
But in that is not meaning.
It is simply the way to know
A better world has to exist.
