Tonight I lay and give my prayers to You And I rest my head, and know my heart is true. Oh, LORD, You my soul shall long to sleep To suffer nothing in thy great and heavenly deep.
For great eternal joys and pleasures keep My soul, for Your good name I seek. All my thoughts and worries are to You LORD As the enemy surrounds me with his curse.
LORD, great eyes I have on your delight Which I shall rest surely sweet at night. For the pestilence that stalks my home, it's sure, Shall by Thy blessing be reversed
And come not near my House or Home And Thy Good Name shall be through me made known When you deliver this son of Yours from hell And upon my bed, my heart shall by Your joys be swelled.
For great is Your mercy and Your peace Which to my eyes, is made ever so unique In a blessing of righteous heart in song... Thy Law, my LORD, is my everlasting Psalm.
For good and evil make their strong, long wars And You my LORD, are there to prevent the curse; Which my heart longs for You through the night. So I lie to sleep, and let You send my foes to flight.
Mark 13:51Jesus saith unto them, Have ye understood all these things? They say unto him, Yea, Lord. 52Then said he unto them, Therefore every scribe which is instructed unto the kingdom of heaven is like unto a man that is an householder, which bringeth forth out of his treasure things new and old.
