Why did you threaten to sue the New York Times? 
Are you for Freedom of Speech? Or against it?
Why don't you sue YouTube for shaving your video views
Or do something constructive like that?
Now, you're setting the precedent for abridgments of speech
Through frivolous lawsuits.

Your brand is worthless if you don't uphold the citizen's right to criticize.
That, my dear friends, is called hypocrisy.
